I know they have slotted ads to remove the card and destroy the item, But I want to keep my +12 faw and remove the Cenere card I put in. Since I went DB right after cause I did not like AGI build on my RK. Would be cool if there was a way or a gm that could do it.

unfortunately safe decarding is a feature that only saves your card you can try a ticket under requests to see if a GM can help you altough i dont think this can be done.
