When I start running the patch client it starts from 2015-04-23 and ends on 2015-05-06. I can still play it. But some items are unknown like the goku hair, the new lucky box. I want to buy the crate.

Have the same problem as OP except my game's patcher only updates up to 2015-5-13 and for some reason refuses to download the latest patches (2015-06-03) no matter what i do. Game is still playable but now im getting tons of sprrite errors, probably from the new 12th anniversary headgears.

I've already reinstalled several times, making sure to always run files as admin. Tried repairing it using the installer. Tried  using the patch.inf generator. tried downloading all the 2015-06-03 patches and pasting it inside the RO folder...nothing works

Try the following:

Warning: Don't follow these instructions if you last updated your client before 2015/2/4 because doing so will cause your client to skip installing one or more updates.

• Close any and all open clients.
• Download this file.
• Navigate to the IRO client installation folder in File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
• Replace the file patch.inf with the version you downloaded in step 2.
• Open the Renewal client.

Try resetting Internet Explorer's configuration. If that doesn't resolve the problem, then please test whether you can access ftp://patch1.playragnarok.com/ in Internet Explorer. (You must use Internet Explorer.)
