To be blunt, our db server had a crash we were fortunate to catch quickly. The impact is, from the crash point, all data stopped saving, so we're looking at potentially a 15-20 minute rollback from the time of shutdown.
We're going to go through with some updates on the server, which will take some time to go through. We apologize for the sudden interruption and downtime, but it was necessary to minimize further data loss. I made a thread just for it, I'll keep updates going there.
