As explained in the title, It seems that Loki Assassin Mask doesn't improve ASPD by 10% and lower MATK/ATK by 10%. See this two screenshot of my Assassin wielding and disarming the mask. 

 

Without the mask:

 

With the mask:

 

As you can see it only increases 1 ASPD and not 10% of the ASPD that I have. Or there is an explaination for this?

ASPD have some ass kicking formula if you are getting aspd i think its working properly the thing is: the more aspd you already have the more unnoticeable 10% will be.

The calc shows up to be the same amount as you are getting now

So does that mean its useless for me to use the mask? ._. But the damage is not decreased though

 

EDIT: Yeah it is being decreased by a small amount. Gosh i thought 10% would affect more on my aspd D:

this items looks like a desperate way to get max aspd when  you have limited resources and needs that last point of aspd i dont think is worth it since you always do 90% of damage and sometimes this 10% makes a lot of difference.

lol, do you expect by using loki assassin mask it will give u additional 17,9 aspd?

take aspd like variable casting time, but for attack delay. imagine it reduces variable casting time by 10%, if your variable cast time reduced by 100%, it will be instacast. 

now, imagine your attack delay reduced by 10%, if your attack delay reduced by 100%, it will be max aspd.
