Pirelli is not actually taking the 100 festival tickets out of the characters inventory. This means that as long as you have only 100 tickets in your inventory, you can do the quest over and over again.

Make note that if you have for example 4 slots,  and slot 1 has 99 tickets, slot two has 999 and so does slot 3 and 4  the NPC will think u only have 99 tickets, but when dropping 1 or more tickets to add to the first stack of 99 tickets you have 100 tickets and he will take them from you. I noticed that sometimes he does and sometimes he doesnt not exactly sure why.

Update: he does take the tickets sometimes, but for the one hunt, he doesn't.

krawfy quest only, he dont take the tickets from that quest but from the others it takes , i figured out that but it was usefull for me, even tho got unlucky and no backpack :c

That's what you don't get for tryng to cheat the system
