Usually when critical problems like that happens they run an urgent maintenance.

Edit: lol Njoror was faster tha me. So now all we need to do is wait for the fix.

Just throwing this out there.... "tracert" commands disappearing into like no where land.  I don't know if that helps at all with some problems lately but there you have it. Now you know.

Somehow I prefer the older equipment's info comparison frame that shows the stats differences in ( parentheses ).

Heya folks,

 

Gravity is working on a fix for the issues in tonight's patch, but we're not sure if it will be done by tonight.

 

We will either be getting a patch that we can apply tomorrow, or will be scheduling another maintenance at 18:00 tomorrow as Plan B.

 

We will know more in a few hours and update everyone in the morning with the plan.

If you are still not seeing the visuals for stats, close out and restart. The client was updated this morning without the need for a maintenance.

Yes gabbyjay, I belive prices and items are stil the same. When they change something in item list is like reintroduce an old mount for example.

I keep re-reading the Patch notes and I don't see anywhere that it's referred to as a "Dapara sale". The only sales are in the Kafra shop.

Unless it was edited at some point, but if that's the case then the problem is gone.

I have been playing since Jan. 2015 and have seen all the items he has for sale since I started playing.  Even the Horn Bill has been there.  The prices are the same as they were in Jan.  I don't recall buying anything except mats for cooking Nirvana Snake Soup last week.  If they took out the "big" items for a week and brought them back for the same price, it still isn't an "event". XD  Oh well.  I guess they can pretty much say or do as they like.  We will keep playing...

 

Edit:  I re-read and it doesn't call it a "sale".  Just announces that he will be appearing and selling items as an "event".  He has been there since Jan. and always sold said items for the same price.  So the "event" is just a reminder that you can buy stuff with MP.  XD  Sorry for the confusion.  ty for having me go over the notes again faku1810

The Dapara week happens once a month and yes, it's an event in which he sells new items that aren't usually available, like the reset scrolls. I agree the wording shouldn't make it sound like he was gone and is coming back, because he's always in morroc. It should simply state that new items (the ones listed in the post) are available to purchase.

 

Since those items are added to the end of the list, and you usually buy mats, it's possible you never noticed that they're usually not there. And since you started in January, you don't know that for a few months he sold Red Footed Tortoise instead, which is what Garu referred to with the mount cycling.

OK.  It is fully clear now.  I was told a bunch of other info in game and it was all incorrect.  Didn't realize the mount was different either.  I gotta pay more attention. XD  I thought the resets were always there but I might have just seen them during an event and never went to the last page when I didn't need to.  TY for clearing it all up. I can go back to grinding in peace. XD

I personally not logging in despite not even in high level just because of real life and another game. I simply blame other factors for that matter, especially like certain people/guild complaining about decreased population but they not realize it's themselves making other players and my friends quitting + run away, added by how developers managing this game...

Why is Dapara selling things an Event? They should just a part of it's normal items for sale... It must be one of those things like when they make the game lag and then 'FIX' it, wow they did something!! Or like double MP requirement and then give us "XP BOOST" event. Such...

OMG, I'm glad that I'm not the only weirdo with strange understanding of what balance means for a multi-player game.

LMAO @ former players blaming sudden changes in game environment because of some other players' activities as the cause of their withdrawal from the game.

Not only was he neglecting the magnitude of loss on another end's population, because of those devs adjustments that were forced by this end's whiners, he also turned a blind eye at all those criticism and bashing that this game has received since its release, and virtually made this game felt like a beloved successor title nobody could lived without.
