Hello Rosarians! We apologize for the inconvenience, we have temporarily taken the ROSE servers offline to address an important unexpected issue and are working to diagnose and have the servers back up as soon as possible.
We do not currently have an ETA on the duration of the downtime, but will give updates as we receive them.
Update [12:56pm]
To be blunt, our db server had a crash we were fortunate to catch quickly. The impact is, from the crash point, all data stopped saving, so we're looking at potentially a 15-20 minute rollback from the time of shutdown.
We're going to go through with some updates on the server, which will take some time to go through. We apologize for the sudden interruption and downtime, but it was necessary to minimize further data loss.

We're looking at 17 of 55 updates currently. Unfortunately, the update process doesn't give an estimate for us other than which one it's on, out of how many total.
Fortunately, the major update we were updating for, has been completed. We just want to try to let the rest update as well. As we approach the next hour (3PM) we will begin considering cutting the update process short, for another scheduled maintenance to complete on.

We're wrapping up the updates and working towards bringing the game servers back online now. Hopefully not too much longer now.

It appears the updates require some configuring, which is currently what is happening. And unfortunately, there's once again no ETA to when it might finish.
