the problem is not that i cant kill the monsters there. the problem is that they could kill me so goddamn fast

 

i just enter the scaraba hall and lost 3/4 of my hp (18k) in a second (with mage coat buff)

what did i do wrong? T.T

 

im using +4 valk shield with hodremlin card

orleans gown with agav

and witch pumpkin set for headgear

Nightmare scaraba or regular scaraba hall? Are you wearing an immune? Do you have reduction from its earth property attacks? Try using an insecticide shield. It offers more insect reduction. (orleans gown w/agav doesnt reduce damage. Id probably get a geffen robe with earth elemental, hodremlin is only useful when the monsters are various race/element. Stuff like scarab hall, where everything is earth/insect is better to use specific shields. Also, how much vit are you running

cant afford to buy the geffen robe :s

but i think i can make earth orelans.

 

i have 94+15 vit, but still doesnt enough

its normal scaraba hall anyway

that's my sorc (lvl131) but i've change the stat (too lazy to upload the newest one because the server is still at maint)

 

my current stat is:

int 120

vit 94

dex 30

luck 30

agi 50

str 1

 

matk is around 750 and def is around 190+

 

the headgear is swapped with wph set when i lvling solo and additional +4valk shield with hodremlin card

 

sadly cant equip hexagon spec due to wph set

because rodolf heal rate is not that great anymore

I married myself because im narcicisstic, and i only marry winners. Jk lol. Made a female account cause i dont like relying on others to do things. Can you even get kaahi into scaraba dungeon? I forget. Its been a while since i went there.

If i could make a suggestion to use the tsod skullcap combo cause theres about 90matk youre missing due to the COD. Cod is really only good for two handed. Nothing beats the tsod skull cap imo.

That way you can grab hex spectacles.

And if im wrong, and you can get kaahi there, then all your problems are solved and can probably solo there naked.

ugh not naked, i hate insect a lot and i would got panic attack when they touch my skin directly without the protection of my armor.

 

yes you can, but kaahi and all sl buff is gone when you change map, aaand because the insects there could kill my sorc in a couple of second that sorry excuse of living being could kill my sl in a milisecond if i use my own sl. Please note that i aint pro player who got the reflect of cat, just a noble noob with the reflect of sloth

 

well...i dont use that cod when lvling solo, my face pretty much covered with wph set (but i can still look cute, thanks to tomboy fairy costum). so yeah i cant use skull cap and hexagon spec 

 

so which one is better racial damage reduction or size damage reduction? :s

 

 

ah and i put some point to agi for the lulz purpose, because swag and yolo

Shield choice depends on the monsters on the map. Scarab hall would be racial shield.

Going from scaraba 1 into scaraba 2 does not remove kaahi. I level there with my sorc occasionally, use 0 supplies.

Sitting a linker outside the entrance is pretty safe, there's always a couple of people afk there

SL buffs are gone when u go to a map located in a diff map server, when its the same it stays(like buffing outside WoE castles before entering). u can buff yourself at the door to lvl2

You know.....you could opt to use vertical firewall to set some distance between the bugs and you as you slaughter them with skills.

no kaahi = no solo or solo with hella pots.

end of story. 

with lvl 7 kaahi, you can just pretty much go in there with a immue and a racial shield and w/o having too much trouble being dying. unless you mob like 20+

but if youre trying to kill scarabs, which are weak to fire, how can getting agni, which can endow your pwave with fire, be useless?

Pvm sorcerers should be getting lvl 2 of all summons, lvl 3 water summon and water insignia for fenrir

It helps me, cause i run wind damage (to bypass the ghost) So i summon ventus and spirit control on the ME, tank on the edge cell(mvp is not on the ME), drop a water insignia next to the ME and have Fenrir inside (so wind damage does more) Then my psychic wave hits for 70-80k per tick instead of like ( don't remember off the top of my head, high 40s 50s??) I also have an (of wind) red pom and 2x elvira cards though, so my wind already hits for more damage. This helps with overall dps and results in a faster killing. that PW alone 70-80k x 7 is an avg 500k dmg per wave, 850-900k~ with the spell cycle. and also, varytr spear has less of a cooldown, so its the more spammed skill. (pw - vs - dd - eg - vs - repeat)

 

It doesn't really help directly, if thats what you're asking. it helps with a few of my sorc's damage output for a specific (opposing) element. You could use a different insignia if you run a dex boots sorc and have a different summon out. I just chose wind because there are more cards that can amplify its damage... makes sense =D
