Does anyone else feel really underpowered in WoE/PvP with their GX's? It used to be that people were scared of assassins being cloaked around the battle field but now even on my alts, if a GX pops up an starts spamming cross impact I just stand there and tank about 5-6 of them and then scare them away with a hit or two. It seems that there are very little successful ones and those seem to be the ones that play months for their superior equipments which leaves all of us with BG gear and such in the dust. On my GX I honestly feel like the only class I can successfully kill is a high priest, the rest can out tank any type of damage I do. Even if you going critical build you have to stand there for at least 5-10 seconds leaving you out in the open and open to an easy kill because we cant tank damage..

Yes im using new poisons, but not EDP. I don't feel that it's necessary to spend 200k on 1 minute of fame. A newbie with no steady income would not be able to afford this path so why evoke it?

well there's your problem. Sorry, but if you want to do lots of damage as a GX, try using EDP. Your fault for playing an expensive class.

Many classes become expensive. Smiths, Alchies, Rune Knights (If you actively use Runes). Guillos have been expensive since SinX days.

"You were powerful before and thus should suck now" isn't a good argument for class balancing. Just saying you might want to rethink your reasoning.

GX needs a buff. Plain and simple. The duration of EDP should be extended, for one. I'm fine with the changes to the skill itself, but keeping the duration so low is just senseless.

I agree that it would be nice to get more duration on EDP, and also they should make karvodailnirol a bit easier to obtain. But EDP is supposed to be the 'secret weapon' of the Assassin class. It should be something valuable to be used only in an emergency.

I think I'd like to see cross ripper slasher, soul destroyer and grimtooth improved.

Another thing, OP - are you making use of Venom Impress?

you were using BG katar or Duals?
If you were CI with daggers on a large target, you are doing 50% of your normal damage, Katar 75%, Swords 75%

Duration of EDP _IS_ extended. Read the descriptions of GX skills.

I havn't played around with GX much, but they do seem somewhat underpowered. Then again, the powerful classes all have nerfs coming down the pike.

I'll watch my buff timer next time I use one. Didn't seem any longer in my opinion.

And somewhat under powered is an under statement. The issue is that we're one target killers.. And in Renewal that means we suck.

EDP gets extended when you level up Research New Poison, 3 seconds per skill level if I'm not mistaken

gx crying about been underpowered. check the rest of the classes and feel their pain. This is what i always hated about ro. There is no balance at all. Go be a sage, pld, rogue, alchemist they seem to be the strongest of the bunch this time around.

You can still carry more of EDP. Hope that solve the problem.
