HELP WITH BOKUPAY

This is the first time i'll be using bokupay after some months now. 

 

It says that "Whoa, you've requested a lot of payments!" But i have not used bokupay since earlier this year.

Did you try using another browser or device?

I tried using internet explorer but there is some pop-ups saying payment error.

I'm having issues with Boku too, it doesn't give me the WPE

*Oh and already got charged

Apiong, the issue might have been resolved so try again. It is recommended to connect to the payment page without proxy as that may cause some issues. If the problem persists let me know.

LillKraujas, please submit a Support Ticket to the payment department.

I have a issue too on bokupay same with Apiong, This is my first time using this payment method.

For those experiencing issues with Boku Pay submit a Support Ticket to the Payment/Billing Department and private message me the ticket numbers please.

Already submit ticket to boku, they didn't help at all. Well looks like Boku is not an option anymore.

From what I have gathered most Boku pay issues are resolved through contacting their support desk at https://boku.zendesk.com/home. Considering the transactions are tied with one's ISP their support team should be able to assist or pinpoint where the issue is. Keeping that in mind, you should still send a support ticket to the GM team incase something broke at WP end.
 
If both teams exhausted all the possibilities of workarounds then considering a new payment option should be put in sight.
