Hi,

 

My account is migrated from pRO. I deleted 3 characters so that the slots left will be 7/9.. After deletion, the 2 open slots became "VIP Service" with color red, and it says "Not available".

 

Question: How can I create a new character if slots are not available anymore but system says 7/9 so I should have 2 slots left.

for your account, slots 4-9 are VIP only meaning that you need to have VIP status to create a char there. you can access the char even after VIP runs out though.

so odds are you are not VIP if you cannot create chars in those two slots.

get vip problem solved if you delete a character without vip enabled the slots lock.
