Hi, i have a problem... two days ago i bought some items at kafra store... problem is i didn't realize i didn't had much space in my inventory so i got discounted my KP but didn't gave me all items... They are nowhere and now i have no KP :C :C :C I've already sent a ticket at support.warpportal.com but... it seems like it will take a long of time. What can i do? Should i just wait or what? Because it is related with real money so i think they should take priority over this kind of scenarios... Well it's just a thought xd
Anyone has experienced something like this before? What did you do? Is it possible to ask for a refund for the whole pack of items? Or just for the ones that got dissapear?
