Unable to send tickets

I've tried to send a ticked regarding my biolabs 4 enterance quest bug. Everytime I try to send the ticket it just drops me back to the "New Ticket" site without giving me the ticket number or confirmation email. Anyone else having the same problem?

Did you log before try it?.

 

in the main of https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx you can "send" a ticket but you may be logged before try it. Log your warpportal account (not game account) and try to send it.

 

I can send tickets but nobody gave me answers.  -_-
