Whenever I try to re-size the client screen and save setup, and run RO as admin, I get this error, and the RO runs in default screen size.

The file CIF\savedata\OptionInfo.lua (where CIF represents the path to the client installation folder) is probably corrupted. If you delete the file, then you should be able to change the display resolution.

I tried, but it's still not happening, it resets to default resolution.. What to do now.

Try the following:

• Close any and all instances of the Renewal client.
• Open the file OptionInfo.lua in Notepad.
• Specify your desired resolution by modifying the values of the WIDTH and HEIGHT variables. You mustn't modify anything except for the number after each equals sign.
• Press control-S to save your changes to the file.
