May I ask you if weekend base xp rate will be displayed on the site too ?

Hmm, as far as I understood it they should be posted on their too by CM Maridah...

At least that is what I'm getting by reading Poppie's info statement and Maridah's introduction thread. Both clearly state that CM Maridah now is responsible for updating FB and mainpage too, as well as doing official announcements and news here on the forums.

Is there a chance to get a quick preview on what will be the 4th task to get the continent emblems(except gadas and souls)? :s since i want to do that on 8 chars would be nice to know if i need to spent 12 hours when it comes to 800 monster kill count xD and since u cant get that from a partymember when he achieves it it is a battle for farming spots @ prime times xD

We are working on getting that started. You may see the XP rate event notice go up a bit early in future weeks, but ideally it would be on the website and announced again on weekends via Facebook. Until then, Popcorn will keep updating you as before.

And this as well, i forgot informing.

Concentration (lv3) : For certain period of time, concentrate and increase the accuracy by 12%.

However, I don't see my aim rate increased during concentration. Please help.

We will look into this skill as soon as possible to check if the skill description is right or if there's bug in the skill maybe.
