other Towns, the Pets are a OK..

they just disappear in Prontera..

But mine I filed a ticket, give the proper details of what pets are gone, after a week they replace it.

I had my Zealotus Pet/Egg restored last year.. That's when tickets take less than 1 week and not 1 month to be replied though..

Chaos had this problem before.

But the GM team picks and choose who pets to replace.

There might be unique cases where restoration is impossible. I personally wouldn't know your issue specifically, but if you are not satisfied with a GM's handling then you should bring that up to Warnhal instead of spreading false information over the boards. Consider this a warning.
