how long do we get before a reply? i have bought rubies to buy Event Item sale.. but i may not get if i dont get the rubies i have paid for. i have already a ticket number.. Please, can anyone help ?

ive seen somewhere in forums while poking around.. is it true that the 1st transaction is not processed? because. when i tried to purchase again with diffrent email but same payment source. it went throught quickly...

Yes, first transactions are never processed. It's only the second transaction onward.
