Mostly all dragoon I met use BDL weapon but I heard POS weapon has the highest dmg for pve
I ask many people they tell me to go get BDL for pve but I see making BDL takes too long and cost many than the POS
Which one should I get? Is there a big differemce in damage between a +20 BDL and a +20 POS?

Damage difference between Black dragon lord's and Protector of stars' weapons must be around... a bit more than 3.000 damage at a +20 enchanting level ?

so which one should I get for pve? I see many guys using BDL but it's materials are too hard to farm

If you plan on doing any pvp ever, then BDL if not then POS.
