This is confusing.
So there is Warp Portal points (WP) which converts to Kafra Points or VIP. A person must first charge their Ragnarok specific account with their bank of WP, then they can convert their WP into Kafra Points directly OR they can use that WP to buy VIP, NOT BOTH. As someone new to this system, WP and Kafra Points might as well be the same thing and I don't have a bank of WP lying around since I don't pay rent with it. I make specific purchases for specific reasons. I purchased WP with the intent to purchase VIP time but ended up just converting 100% of my WP into Kafra Points which, oddly, can not be used to purchase premium time. I was looking forward to playing with my new premium time right now instead of making this post. My interest in playing right now has been seriously shot.
Suggestions:
*Separate the options. Instead of 1 button with 4 tabs, there needs to be 4 clearly labeled buttons, or at least 2 between VIP and Kafra points. These are after all 2 totally different ways of converting your WP for the same game.
*Add an "are you sure?" confirmation that says, "you are NOT getting VIP, you are getting kafra points" or "you are NOT getting kafra points, you are getting VIP" as respective to one's selection.
This is all I have for now but I really hope you get the idea. I'm an idiot, but my money is worth the same so help me out here!
