Support site is separate from WarpPortal so you have to register a second account there.

Im not sure where or how to register.

Go to the Support site (there's a link at the top of this page) and click on Register in the list of options on the right.

Im trying to get ss of what i see but photoshop is lame today. I just see black screen with 3 options. Go to forums, go to casual games, go to blog.

What browser are you using to view the site? Everything on Gravity is made for IE.

Also, make sure you have javascript enabled.

My FF is broken since many months ago so I use IE. Im not sure how to check on java but i'm pretty sure its functional.

Can you be a bit more specific on what you see on the page?

http://support.warpportal.com is the support site and the correct link.

If you get a page that says the servers are under maintenance that means you security settings are set high and its causing the page to error out to that maintenance page. In IE you can go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Set this to the Default Settings.
If this doesn't fix it then you have an add-on that is blocking the site, which could be an antivirus solution or another add-on that is preventing the page from loading.

yes the page says servers are under maintenance.
Well my settings were at default and I only have avast. So Idk

You get that message because the security settings for your browser are either set to high or you have an add-on that prevents the page redirecting to the HTTPS site.
