wow, fuyuki may i know ur stat build for IB build including gear and ur strategy?? I love to give it to my chaser since yeah i'm not big fan of casting, arrow shooting or auto-casting..

at level 152 (sorry, i abandoned my chaser since nov 2014)
str: 120 (since i use temp str boots)
agi: 1
dex: 90
vit: 90
luk: 77 (i use AA card)
int: 35
gears:
head: +9 AA RWH
mid: AA hexagon spec
low: chewing gum (i am mobbing and attacked a lot, so it procs often)
body: elemental armors, or ninja suit with byorgue card
shield: valk shield with hodremlin, alice, ogretooth, thara frog. and other racial cards put in round buckler.
weapon: +9 triple malicious red twin edge
garment: +9 deviling HBP
shoes: temporal str with bear power (4th enchant still aspd, i plan to get the fighting spirit)
accs: double RWC ring with FS enchants and gold scaraba cards
shadow armors: bronze shadow set
others: incubus pet

^ also if you're leveling at scarabas it pays to get a +7 leo crown to proc mild wind instead of using regular converters. otherwise you can intimidate magnum break for the fire endow

If you're using a malicious red twin, it's already fire.

 

A regular fire endow lasts 30 mins. it takes like 1-2mins to walk to scaraba tunnel from el dicastes.

 

Also, magnum break's buff is an extra 20% fire property attack -- it doesn't convert your attack to fire element, it just adds an extra fire atk.

even better. the +7 leo crown endows your status atk and then you can stick an extra 20% fire property damage through a blast clip. intimidate bowling bash for more dps

 

edit: tack on sightless mind for another 20% damage boost

 

strategy:

whack an egg or something until mild wind procs, mob up a bunch of scarabas, magnum break for the buff followed by hide->sightless mind into ignition break and bowling bash. with a +9 red twin, +9 hbp, temporal str boots at 120 str and some fs/atk enchanted rwc rings i'm pretty sure you'll be able to kill them in one clean rotation, or at least come very close to it.

 

could wear damage headgear if you don't need the leech, or put caramel cards into your red twin for even higher one shot potential.

yes, perfectly viable, i was 150 when nov 2014. then i got 2 levels in 2 hours to 152 on nightmare clock tower on last exp event. what i mean by abandoned is i seldom play him, just log in to do some quest.

it's not completely necessary, the 30~40k ignition breaks you get from just mild wind and magnum break are still more than enough to kill.

does  thanatos sword works? if does then i will need the leo crown for the mild wind..... say how do i need to maintain my intimidated skill effectively?? I know we got preserve but how to keep it if we in party?? i hate to find a knight class with bowling bash nowadays that willing to give me the BB copied.

you could just make a knight yourself on a separate account.

I find having a chaser on 2 accounts handy, since you can bounce any skill back and forth at levels you don't even have normally.
Like:

Account 1: chaser, sura
Account 2: chaser

Account 1 sura uses lvl 5 trifecta blow on account 2 chaser (reproduced)
Account 2 chaser now has trifecta 10.
Account 2 now gives trifecta 10 to account 1, catching it with intimidate instead.

In that example, you created trifecta 10 without ever having a character with that level of that skill.

well, thana1hand is 150, rte is 160. Rte got 3 card slot, while Thana1hand only have 1 slot. If you slotted Rte with racial/size card, it will produce better overall damage than your D.eddga unless we are talking about +11~ higher which has higher proc rate.

i am not saying it is bad, but rte is better.

as a RK i leveled to 150 using IB/BB with triple mali RTE and +9 vanargand at scaraba b4 switching to DB build.
so you can probably get to 160 on scaraba with a ib/bb chaser. ib/bb chasers and RKs do about the same damage.
at 160 is when scaraba turn in exp isnt worth it anymore.

if you have a sniper or trans-archer, you can try crafting it yourself. Or you know, get it from other player :x

Or even just a regular archer who did the arrow crafting skill.

oh really, man now i know where to get abundant supply of steel arrow.....back then i really hate bow-wielding cuz of the arrow especially OAB

i'll now consider either shower/SR build or IB/BB build for my chaser  any1 could give me video for both build so that i can get the idea to build my own chaser i hope it will not be a trouble

Also, if too lazy to hunt horseshoes: A gene can bulk make steel out of tsurugi[2] from npc, and then you arrow craft the steel.
