As the title states, I plan to make a RK that specialize in rune-making with 120 dex and lvl 10 rune mastery. Since I dont see anyone is selling runestones (other than rough ones) in ragial, so I need to confirm this.
My RK is still low level and got lvl 2 mastery only, so please can anyone help me? Thanks

Lux Anima is the only tradable runestone. Rest are account bound.

well, you could always have the other RK in the same account, and stash them in the kafra storage... then pick them up with your combat RK.
I take it you want to spend the skill points in something else? care to explain if you want to?

I have 2 RK in 2 different account. The first RK will be with lvl 10 Rune mastery, lvl 10 DB & wDB with 120 Dex for temp dex. I will be using this RK to create the runes since it have higher dex.
The 2nd RK is going to be a hybrid build with maxed IB and DB which makes me unable to get a lvl 10 Rune Mastery and will only have 100 dex.
This is kinda frustrating because Gene have food they can sell to anybody, GX have poison bottle from trans skill, mechanic can just buy their stuff from NPC and the RG's Shield Spell dont need any ingredients at all other than their shield.
I dont see WHY it cant be transfered/sell... this is so stupid

Rune Creation success chance is sooo high, you dont really need a second RK with some Max stats to create them.
Selling would be really frustrating for any merchant, because you could just store 20 of them ^^

Yea, this is the main problema. When going hunting, you tipically want to create runes on the road, so having low Rune mastery is usually a bad idea.
The main problem is what RaohSung states. Since you can only have 20... lets say... storm blast... you can just use the spelll 20 times, then create more. Imagine yourself going on a hunt and needing to come back to kafra storage for more runes each 20 spells.

Thats a Job lvl 56 i beleive. Rune mastery 10, IB 5 (max) and both dragon breath maxed. Are you sure you are not missing something in your explanation?

I tried to make an Isia runestone with 70 dex and lvl 2 Rune Mastery... I failed 
There is no democracy with RK! I want to bring 2000 runestone that I made myself and I want to vend it on my merc. Who have the right to stop me? : No one
Its seem that I didn't include the 175 updates with my calculation. My mistake.

i kinda like how it forces you to make your own runes. more in line with the whole 'rune' knight theme
