im lv 37 already and i still have the novice gears! what gears should i get or where i can farm items or zeny for potions. Any help would be fine

Do you have the Eden equipment from this Quest? It's free and quite good too.

 

What type of GS are you? If are AGI type, consider getting a Lever Action Rifle as secondary weapon. For DESPERADO type, consider getting a Gate Keeper-DD shotgun for 1-shot kill via Full Blast skill.

 

GS is BAD at farming item/loots due to the fact that it have low weight capacity. Get a knight/assassin/blacksmith for farming items.

 

Lastly, make a merchant class char(blacksmith/alchemist) so you can buy consumables (potion, bullets etc) with discount.
