for demi human mvps kvm is only not superior than a thanatos guillotine katar, its better than any other katar tho, assuming u can have a high upgraded one

note: this might be proven worng in chakram vs kvm, if the chakram is good enough and kvm not too highly upgraded

Nope at +7 i do just a bit more than my kvm when not agaisnt demi human

for demi human mvps kvm is only not superior than a thanatos guillotine katar, its better than any other katar tho, assuming u can have a high upgraded one

Also if you have a MOT card on a thana katar and a GK, The gk will only do more damage than a thana katar for CI and thats it.

Nonono, i was talking cuz the mvp there is amon ra, demi human one, for demi humans ones kvm is only surpassed by thana carded GK(pointed out gk for having the +50% demi human bonus), even for other thins not just CI, ignoring def is huge, as well as getting a LOT of atk out of it. kvm would be equal or maybe better on low def mvps, where u get little atk bonus from thana

defense bypassing works really well on lower def, because def reduction scales really bad at big numbers, but really fast at low number, ie, 150 def is around 20% physical reduc, 200 def is 25%, 500 def is 45% (aprox values), even tho reducing 25% of a high number means reducing it a lot, due to the scalling there will still be a lot of % physical reduction.

rough calculation here, 500 def becomes 375 agaisnt a GBR, wich still is 38,4% physical reduction, but if u would bypass this 375 completely, that would mean around 60% more damage, not considering any other type of reduction or dmg modifier

true but when using a +14 gbr i end up doing more damage with that in a demi human setting when i did test the gk thana

the only thing that i saw a big difference was the CI when i tested both. High def mvp ill have to test and see tho. but i still would rather use the thana since if i did use gk id feel compelled to burn throught alot of em just to get max fs enchant >.>

The katar yes the Card no. If i ever got the card now id sell it for better equips since i wont play any other class seriously.

understandable since if people would want to play other classes that there can be better use for thana card, but if a person only wants to use gx with a thana card i wouldn't call it useless since all the other classes would seem to boring for that person to play.

Test vs a demi human by swapping between combat knife and ice pick. If the ice pick does more, it does the amplified damage thing.
