So, I want an animated GIF as an avatar, but how do I make it move? 
I uploaded the GIF, but it's not moving. I also tried uploading a link from an image hosting website, but no dice. :/
So Images must be 150x150 or smaller to be animated XD Noted.

dimensions on mine is 150x150, and file size is 438 KB; (havent checked the exact max file size for avatars - probably around 500~700 KB ? - probably larger for sigs)
forums do have limits on what size a gif can be for it to animate

Mine is 200x200, gonna try smaller

Sorry sometimes I forget to turn off troll mode
It's ok XD Troll mode is best mode anyway
It also seems to vary with browser. Like, I am using mobile (firefox) right now and no avatars are animated, even with request desktop site enabled. But at home when using firefox, animations work.

Try using the dimensions and filesize of my avatar as a guideline and see if it works for you. I used photoshop to save as animated gif.
Oh, I got it to move now XD Needed to be 150x150. I also used Photoshop to save the gif. I need to try new stuff with that. :9
