If you have a good party the middle of Forgotten Payon is good. You can lure the merchant/blacksmiths til ML32 or 33 and move onto the tigers in front of Eddga, or stay at merchant/blacksmith if your party is too weak for tigers. I personally can't stand FP, so I stayed in DWU for most of my characters until ML31~33. I would recommend staying in DWU til ML 31, or even 32, if you have a party too weak even for blacksmith/merchant.

thanks, are the enhanced agility runes still effective? or the agility runes +50 is better

Enhanced runes only range from +6-10, so yes, the new runes are better.
