I'm in China right now and the game works fine. There are also many people from the Philippines that play, so you should be fine.

Tnx im currently a hawker now tnx for the tip it really is a very friendly community I would like to ask about the leveling guide in which map or monsters should i fight in certain levels thank you for accepting been enjoying myself for quite a while im looking forward to be a raider
i would advice you to get the quests by the npc's you bump into and those will slowly guide you into the maps and fight monsters which have yellow name, those are easier to handle then when they're purple, pink or orange.
If you want you could follow My rose online adventure, which is about me lvling a fresh char by grinding/quests only.
