Overbrand is considered ranged?
Is Cannon Spear viable for lvling?
Do i need MTK for anything?
Priorize fighting spirit or expert ranger for Overbrand/Banish/Cannon build?
for attention

No
Not sure, overbrand is good enough.
Not really, unless you go for a fancy Genesis Ray build
Fighting spirit if you mainly use Overbrand (Or if you need HIT). Expert Archer for banishing point.

Ok, is overbrand delay and cast based of agi?
If no, how should i get rid of the cast?

It's not based off agi, there's a casting time and an after-cast delay, but they are mostly non-issues since it doesn't even take half a second to cast and the monsters are knocked back so by the time they reach you the ~2 second cooldown will be up again.

Overbrand is 1/3 ranged: the 3rd hit(knock back) is said to be ranged attack, so EA enchant will enhance it. The 1st and 2nd hit is melee.
No idea.
For genesis ray and proc autocast gear spell damage
FS enchant: enhance Overbrand, Banish, Cannon, EB, Shield Press, Pipoint, Moonslasher
EA enchant: enhance Banish, Cannon and 1/3 of OB only
I found that EA/AS card is not very useful for RG caompared to DB RKs. Banishing is mainly for MVP and PVP/WOE or finishing up what OB didnt kill.
p/s in case you didn't know, the Overbrand cast is interruptible... so you need a phen card for mob lvling

Cannon Spear aint viable w/o massive amount of STR so Megs are a must. But there are still good as Second AoE or hit and run style playing.

cannon spear probably isn't viable by itself but i like to use it with overbrand. it might not do much but it's fun to use c:
