^ yeah, that why i personally prefer the first stats build rather than the 2nd stats build :s

btw, from ranger subforum : ash mentioned that GM already ninja fixed the cd in mouth. When it proc, it no longer considered as 1 physical atk. Thus, it no longer help in procing LD or Drooping Eddga.

Any advice for gear vs thanatos as crit RK - gearwise. Should i use my +9 VS with TG/Randgris or should i get A bloody eater for that?

 

Also what armor ? Unfrozen wind ? 

 

ANy other suggestions.

A video of someone killing it as crit RK would be nice!

Hello everyone,

I'm a new player in iRO and after reading this topic I decided to try and make a physical RK.

I like the second build a lot but it does seem a little extreme to me, and I was aiming for one that can also use skills a bit better, even at the cost of some auto-attack damage.

My goal is to have some kind of hybrid between the two, just because although i like the idea of 193aspd crits, i like to aoe stuff sometimes too.

At first  i just made one modification, i took 20 points from int and put them into dex so i can chain skills better, the end result was:

 

100str/100agi/80vit/60int/62dex/120luk

 

 

My main concerns are: 

-with 100 str, can my skill damage be at least decent without having to use lots of consumables?

-would i need to change more points between other stats?

 

i dont have much equips yet, im just focusing on the stats so i have some kind of end-game plan because i dont like to level up without one.

 

Appreciate any help you can give me, thanks in advance

RKs are very gear dependant, the better gear you have for each situation the better you will be. I don't know what difference there will be between 40 and 60 dex (maybe incignificant).

Against normal mobs, yes. 25 atk more and pretty high chance to pierce def. Against MVP, just 25atk more and meteor/frost nova proc. TGL's after cast delay redux doesn't really do much for a physical RK.

If you think the procs are irritating, then TGL is better.

TGL is also a helluva lot cheaper, if you're limited in budget.

I only use +9 TGLs with 2x AS cards if I want to troll around while wearing Black Ribbon + Peuz set to kill raydrics in sight fer crystal quests

1st: its already ok, you don't need much STR 

2nd: 100 agi, change it into 90 agi( you can reach 193 ASPD with just 90 agi, with the help of two hand,beserk potion, celeremine and agi buffs) 

 

My general concern: we have almost the same stat build of hybrid, the difference is that i don't invest much in STR, i just have 90 STR, 90 Agi, Vit 80, Dex:60, Luck 120 and i rely on my DB in order to break enemy's Armor ( just like what i do to my brother's GX before )

Blue= PVM,MVP

I advise you to use either VF, or TGL ( +9 ) with FS enchants and cards Aunoe 2x or paper card 2x. in garments, +9 HBP [ its either petal card or whisper]is already already fine but if you had a money, then go +9 FAW [fatal enchants, and whisper or petal card] , then +9 Temp boots with AD enchants and speed of light, in headgear , +9 Isabela red ears (am i right?) with cards of bungisngis, armors, either hero plate, biotata(my armor), peuz plate,or G suit. they must be +7-+9  with cards of porcellio (For ATK), in rings,  ADV ROLF SET, Peuz seal with old baron card ,brandium brooch with old baron card or bakonawa tatoo if you are a rich guy.

 

Green: WOE,PVP setting

If you are going with this setting, +9 G claymore, B katz and B flail is the best weapons ( I use +6 G claymore and i can do decent damages), the equipment will be the same but the difference: +9 woe armor, +9 CEB (bungisngis card) and the rest are the same.

 

I hope this is helpful for you(but i'm not encouraging to do this build i give to you since some of the equipments are expensive, and also, Runes are your friends, use them properly especially Rydo runes. whenever you will go MVP, don't forget to buffs yourself with giant growth,Aesir runes,Millenium shield, stone hard skin  and you must not forget your refresh( i forgot the name of that rune), those runes will keep your RK alive, but anyway, hybrid RK is a beast for expert users of RK.

Just Curious, in the Amard video your doing 25k with crits, how are you doing it? I still dont seem to quite understand your stacking and what it is your stacking?

I'm actually doing 45-50K crits on Amdarais now after changing my build (150K giant growth). been quite a while since that video.

stacking> atk and matk, plus fatal enchants whenever you can. enchant Blade is boost your normal attack by your int and matk. Stuff like pendant of maelstrom then becomes like a 10% atk boost because of the matk. after that this is boosted by crits % boost. All adds up.

So your Pendant of Maelstrom with 2nd Rekt build would be better than my Chambered RWC ring 7%attack? I'm so jealous. I can't even sell mine to upgrade.

basically another fatal faw on your acc slot. 30% crit damage + 10 crit rate for perfect enchant.
