With +12 or higher KVM spear, +14 ORC with Mettle Enchant and demi human DEF bypass, you can either 1 hit them with HS and CS.

With the amount of range reductions available, people tend to be scared of IB+ stormblast more if you’re playing physical RK in PVP. HS would still hurt if their reductions aren’t high enough though

with gambler seal id like to know the minimum agi RK need to hit 193aspd,should be interesting, maybe it can unlock new hybrid build that can do everything.db,skills, and crit, a true omni-mastery RK.

Behold, I give you the Hybrid X, an omni-mastery jack of all trades build. With pdm and vip buffs here the stat build:

 

Int 120+29

Dex 120+30

Vit 90+31

Str 80+30

Agi 32+17

Luk 36+14

 

Works for db equip, seraphim+temp ring/str boot for skill build,and can reach 100 crit with Lindy+Dog tag+Sharp enchants+crit shadow armor.

you can still reach 193 aspd with around 60~70 agi. If no Lindy Hop, you can still opt to use Violet Fear with Sharp2/ FS7 for Luminous Stone Combo.

Looking forward to the crit Mace/Shield video! I can only imagine it being very tanky and have decent CS damage at the same time. I guess Dogtag + Lindy  is still the strongest CS combo?

Hi, I'm a returning player in need of advice.

 

I have a lvl 128 DB RK that I just reset during the free reset event. I want to try the IB/crit hybrid RK for once since I find the play style more fun compared with spamming DB.

 

I would like to get some tips on how to prioritize stats and equips. Right now my only usable equipment are my +9 RWH, +9HBP, 2 Keraunos and set of un-enchanted temp boots from my other characters. I'm planning to farm a thanatos GS for leveling and farming instances. 

 

What would be the best stat progression for me to make further leveling a  bit easier? Do I rush 120 str or 120 luk to take advantage of the temp str/luk boots or just spread the stats evenly for the HBP bonuses?

 

I don't have funds yet to buy end game gears but I'm planning to sell my 2 keraunos for a luminous blue stone or two.

 

Any tip to point me in the right direction would help. Thanks in advanced.

CROSSCY, question here. All things considered with Bio5 being the highest priority, which Crit RK do you favor? (With Zeny not being an issue) The Robot Arm + Shield build, or the Lindy Hop with Dog Tag build? I imagine Lindy to be the one with the highest DPS but Robot Arm being the most reliable in terms of DPS + Survivability.

I agree with Ash. The more damage and the faster you can kill them, the less likely they can touch you. Also with Lindy, you can use Parrying and block physical attacks by 50% if i remember correctly.

its almost always better to level with your AOE skill, so if you want to level with IB/crit, go for STR 120 first and get that temporal STR boots (any special enchant with FS, as long as its cheap). Keep the 2 keraunos and HBP to use, its fine. In IB leveling, the easiest and braindead way to level is just use ib, cast spear dynamo and continue walking away to kite for the next 2 seconds, and then IB again. Rinse and repeat until 175 lol. You can also stand and tank the monster to use BB but i rather not.

If i had the funds to buy Lindy hop i almost always prefer the Lindy for the DPS. However, there are few situations where mace or spear +shield is better - after rune improvement damage makes it not necessary to chase max DPS.

One is if i want to use GTB in Bio5 and play braindead without having to dodge EQ and all those -_-. Either that or there are some very hard to tank monsters that i rather use alice shield with madbunny . But there's actually not many monsters in this list for bio5 since all of them can be one-shot with Crush Strike with Lindy Hop.

Second is if i do not have the funds to buy a Lindy Hop. If i compare Violet Fear and all other THS alternatives to Robot arm, the mace actually does not lose out at all since i get to use crush strike without needing an alt FCP or lose a slot to golem/randgris. I even get to use shield for defense which also gives for more atk and crit dmg like Gaia/anemos.
