So I made this archer and made him a ranger and he's currently level 104.

 

Decided to get a second account and make another character.

 

So I made this acolyte and now he's a monk at the level 90.

 

I was wondering which of the two should I main? I want a class to completely kicks ass.

 

If possible after helping me decide tell me which build I should follow.

 

Right now my ranger is pure AS cuz I love AS :3

 

He gots the complete suit for AS +4 and no headgear and a hunting/hunter bow +4.

 

My monk gots nothing plus I have 150m with my merchant from my farming and buying items for cheaps and selling them for average price.

 

I would love to hear your guys opinion. I might be a regular on this forum from now on. We'll see. ^^

Any class can kick ass if you have decent gear, in my opinion. I actually enjoy all the classes, but of course some classes are considered more "overpowered" than the others. If you like AS then I suggest you to main your Ranger.

But doesn't pure AS suck at PVP?

uh sorry I do not know if pure AS is actually inferior in PVP compare to other classes because I am more PvM/MVP oriented.

But you if play smart, Rangers with demi-human reduction gears can definitely survive longer and kite around in PVP. (switch between combat knife+shield and BXB)

 

If you want a class that can kick ass in MVP/PVM/PVP... Sura is one of them, but again any class with decent or high end gears can all potentially  kick ass.

if you are just started, you still have lonnnnggg way to go before you can enjoy pvp. Ranger is a better farmer than your monk. Stick with it. Level it up. Farm using it. After you got all the zeny that you need, go make a new class that you want for pvp or woe.

suras are pvp/woe oriented, rangers are better for pvm. you'll also have an easier time playing ranger since they kick more ass early on

Thanks for the tips... I'll level my Ranger till 175 then I'm gonna level my Monk for PvP/WoE.

I just wanted to let new players know a bishop is not a bad class. We can kill fine.

Too many people said no dont pick aco.
I think this game needs aco first without our class would people even play.
