What is the better of the Max Enchants for this item?
FS13 or ATK 9%.
Just curious as to which one I should focus on.

I believe it depends on your overall atk.
Like if 9% of your overall atk is higher than fs13, then I'll probably go with atk%.

i think the atk% only affects weapon atk, so multiply your weapon atk by 9% and see if it's greater than however much atk fs13 gives you
