I don't really know which one is better to get. Would appreciate the pros and cons for these two items. MVP wise, WoE wise, or even PVM wise. Thanks!

It really depends. Overall, HBP is all-around great, but requires 90 stats to be effective. FAW is way more specialized, but can help many classes since the beginning. FAW is also more end-game oriented, where HBP tends to be leveling oriented.

We can help you more if you post for which classes would you get them? Are you starting out? What's your budget?

heroic backpack is also generally the more defensive option, since it provides you with some bonus neutral resist if you have 90 vit. it's also much cheaper and a good garment for most classes. a fallen angel wing is more specialised and one set of enchants is usually only good for one or two characters.

Ahh.. alrighty. I main a geneticist so, I'm not sure which garment is best for future WoE/MvP. I would like to get one of these items for maybe my progressing GX in the future. My budget is alright.. but its not a very fast way to make money, unless i get really lucky. Usually by just selling reset stones, or MvP drops like an OCA to save up money. I can afford a +0 clean FAW and upgrade it in the future to at least +7 for 2 enchants, and upgrade it to +9 wayyyy later in the future. But for a +9 HBP backpack i can afford it, but it'll take all my money. (ranging around 230-250mil)

The item for Gene's and GX to share is the HBP for sure. Gene's do well with it, and GX's have the most synergy with it. I would reccomend getting a +9 HBP first, since it will help you with several classes. Then think bout getting an EA FAW.
