Step 1: Write a ticket

 

Step 2: Get the copy & paste response about how your input is appreciated and how your ticket will be forwarded to

 

"the dev team"*

for review.

 

Step 3: Watch as nothing will be done for years untill you forget about it.

 

Step 4: Reopen ticket

 

Step 5: Redo Steps 2-4

TBH, its all about who you get as your ticket manager. If you get Neil, you might as well /facedesk

He is the least helpful of all the support.

Now, his superior on the other hand, I think it was Dave or Daniel or Bob, is extremely helpful and doesn't post any generic replies. Has helped me multiple times and really quickly.

 Whenever I get neil I immediately ask to get someone else. Seriously, worst support ever.
