i buy item in item mall and said purchase and my points is gone but no item in purchase

It sounds like you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  You should also consider making a special account so that you can view and reply to your tickets online. You can do that by clicking on "register" on the same page that I just linked you to then follow the prompts. 

 

Sorry you're having this issue but I'm sure the support team will be able to resolve this so you will receive your item.
