It seems our recent patch has bugged several quests.

 

In order for us to focus the reports coming in, please make sure you submit a ticket with the following information:

 

• Name of quest
• Issue you experienced
• Character name
• Time period you experienced it
• Favorite type of pizza (optional)

 

Our support staff has been made aware and is able to assist with issues while Gravity works on a fix.

Me and a friend also affected by the job change quest

 

Assassin and Beastmaster Job change class.

 

BM quest was completed however job change did not occur
Assassin job quest could not be completed because no mobs were spawning for one of the quests

 

Time: 4:30 (server-time) or 9:30pm (AEST)

 

IGN: B3argrylls (BM) & d3athstrok3 (Assassin)

 

Favorite pizza - Doner kebab pizza w/ extra cheese

When in doubt, always submit a ticket.

 

You may know of friends that also experience a quest issue (or any bug, for that matter), but don't assume they reported it already. If you can submit a ticket with the bug, our Support team funnels that to us and Gravity, so we can work on repairing it.  

 

It's also super helpful when we know what the quest issue is (Could you not accept? Not complete? Did it turn you into one a Baphomet Jr. and you're stuck being his slave?).

 

Plus, Support is trying to assist in quests or any bugs when they can. So writing a ticket means you get help directly.
