I have suspicion that my ragnarok account maybe registered to another warpportal account other than mine. When i logged in to the game, some of my items were in different orders and some gears were moves to another character.

I have already sent a ticket on warpportal support to account retrival department but knowing this, it may take awhile for them to respond.

 

So my question is, is it possible that my account could be registered to another warpportal account without me knowing?

If this is possible, it wouldn't matter if i change my password because the person could simply request for password reset.

have you even tried logging into your warp portal account? isn't that the email registered to your account? I'm not sure how that can be changed without your knowing.

It's more likely that someone has stolen or guessed the password of your RO account. You should immediately change the passwords of both your WarpPortal and RO accounts and scan your computer for malicious software.

 

You can generate new, secure passwords/passphrases using Diceware. You can use random.org to generate the requisite numbers if you don't have a dice.

If i remember correctly, i normally save all my game account detials in my iphone's notes and one of my 'friend' may have seen it before.

Im not sure but i think, you can register an existing ragnarok account into mutiple warpporal account before. Im worried that he may have registered my account into his own warpportal, which means, even if i change my ragnarok account, he can recover it anything he wants. Please correct my if i am wrong.

you didn't answer whether you have tried logging into your wp account. you can see what email is associated with your account on the wp page.

I did log in to my wp account. The password is the same and the email associaited with it is mine.

i highly doubt it. seeing as how difficult WP makes it to even CHANGE the email associated with your wp account, it doesn't seem likely that they would allow you to associate two different emails with the same account.

your best bet here is to run a scan for malware on your pc, and then change the pws on everything (game account, wp account, personal email, other more important stuff).
