i gt some question guys.....if i wan wanna gift somebody my own im item is it possible .....like skill reset like that???

Nope, you can't. Only the costumes can be traded normally, and pets / insurance scrolls can be sold via the open market.

Never traded any of these so I guess I forgot, but yes, this also can be traded normally if I recall right.

Oh, and some cosmetic items, too. But I wouldn't know which ones in particular.

There are also a few other items belonging in the IM section of the inventory that can be traded. The easiest way to see which ones of your items that can be sold in the market is to open your shop, choose to register an item and check which items are greyed out and not. To see which items are mailable, open your mail, choose Large Mail and check which items have tick boxes and not.

Skill reset scrolls cannot be traded, only purchased and gifted by any trustworthy IM seller in the game.

 Of course you can buy them yourself in the IM, if you like to.
