The topic was perfectly clear on it being just "save the files in the Data folder".

 

However, according to that same topic, it seems that since AoV it's no longer possible to override the voices of the game like that. So it's up to you to try it and see if it works or not.

just throwing the files in Data folder doesn't work, there might be something more to be done to make it work

Try to download this. I patched it with new DATA_S3.VDK so it works

There only player character Norman voices tho, for NPC need to get korean DATA_S1.VDK file, but I'm too lazy to find and download old client

 

but you may download and send this file to me hehe

LoTS char select screen & login screens are here in second spoiler

 

btw, you may get errors after new patches, so replace DATA_S3.VDK with original before updating
