I'm looking to get my temp dex boots but am not sure what do to for enchants. 

 

A.  If I get a firelock soldier card can i still put an enchant on? If so which is best?

 

B. If I get ea4 what is the best enchant to pair with it?

1. No, you can not. Not until we got updates from kRO which would be aeons later.

Get a +9 Slotted Temp Dex boots.

you can use any of these boots for level, the diference is 3k-3.5k (+9 Superior deals more damage). if you have low funds and low level i recomend you to use Temporal Dex Boots with EA4 and Muscle Fool (enchant that gives +1000 Def when taking damage, which means that you will burn less pots while leveling).

the main purpose for using temporal dex boots are that they remove the fixed casting time for dragon breath

So, burst is higher with enhanced vari, but dmg over time is higher with temp dex boots?

But I find it difficult when it comes to leveling, sine my level is a bit of low... at 120, DB's output is kind of low at about 6k to Vanberk, I know this is due to I am on a hybrid with DBHS RK.

 

My concern is, without Tao Gunka Card, can damage still be decent?

1. At low level, you will have kinda low hp and sp. So most of your damage will come from your gear. So the better your gears are, the higher your damage will be.

2. Btw, remember to max your db skill and drag training before you take other skill. You dont really want HS early on as solo killing isnt really a way to go for leveling after 100+

3. As a db rk, try to fight mob where you got the elemental advantage. Fire Db against undead or earth. Water Db against fire. Something like that. It will give you a decent boost on your db damage.

4.Yes, the damage will still be quite decent even without mvp. But personally, i feel that dbRk solo capability is somewhat limited if you dont have mvp (tao,kiels). But dont worry too much about it since Rk is a famous class for mid/highTI and bio4pt. You will still have an ez ride to that pee aura.

until you're level 135+ you might as well just stay in TI parties since your damage and cast time will inhibit efficient solo leveling. after that point when you have 120 dex and all that good stuff soloing becomes a piece of cake

But, if solely DB will it be kind of boring? XD

 

Because I am trying on HS as well, already have 90 STR, will that affect my stat point to distribute for VIT, INT and DEX? I knew I also need some AGI for DB RK.

well, rk is the main dps is bio4pt, so you will have an easy time to level up after 141+.
as for stat, make sure that you get 120 dex first before you pumping up other stats than int or vit. try to play around with stat calculator to find stats build that suit your taste.

getting 90 str will definitely delay your ability to get 120 dex. for endgame purposes 90 str is fine for a hybrid build but for leveling you may wish to prioritise other vit, int and dex first.
