If you are still experiencing quest issues, please make a support ticket. They are funneling that data to us so we can see about resolving the rest during tomorrow night's TH RO2 merge maintenance.
If you completed quests before they were fixed, you'll also have to make a ticket, since the game thinks you already completed that particular quest even if it was broken at the time.
If you want to list your character name and quest you have an issue with here, that also helps us keep track. However, in order to get help, make sure to make a ticket. Also, make sure the quest is failing today or later, and not an issue from before our emergency maintenance. This is so we know it's still happening and can have Gravity target and fix it for tomorrow.
That's a lot of if's, I just realized.

Was there a bug regarding not receiving a starter package? I just checked my friend's account he didn't receive any from the mail box
Yes this has been a bug for a while, I even spoke to Warnhal about it a few weeks back. Nothing came of it...but I did speak to him.
Also it's been over a week now on this other bug where people are getting the fake "suspended account" notice and can't re-download the game. I kinda thought with last nights patch this would be fixed but alas no...any idea when that might have a fix? It makes me wonder how many more players/revenue you are losing.

They sent too many (some got 3-4 instead of 1), so they are removing the extra ones and applying the correct amount today.

From what I know:
-Those who already used it will keep the buff.
-Those who took it out and left them in their bags would have those removed then sent a new one.
Either way, you'll still get the intended "at least 1" VIP in the end. And it's free anyways so there's really no loss to you.
(Don't blame me if it isn't exactly as I said, it's not like I'm personally doing anything anyways )

so those kinds of "BUGS" or mistakes (2-3pcs VIP) is taken action real quick, but the rank up quest and similar bugs are waiting for how many weeks to be taken care of? seriously you guys are so....
the complexity and the "who has the authority to solve it" for both problems is different, the mistake was a gm stuff, while in the other case they have to send the problem to gravity, so they can solve it

The quest bug was fixed the very next monday during an emergency maintenance, not weeks later. The extra VIPs were easily fixable without a maintenance, which is why they were fixed quickly.

hmm been fixed? so why my ml10 wiz is still stuck at rank D and cant proceed? im supposed to give something to flame lucy and i dont even know what is it coz jeehon never game me anything in the first place, and nothing in my bags either, so its been fixed.

Did you abandon the quest and try retaking it? The quests were fixed from what I can see, but the maintenance wasn't going to do magic like changing the Ranks directly or putting items in your bags.
If your issue can't be solved by abandoning the quest and accepting it again, then send a ticket to support.warpportal.com with the name of the quest and the item you need and ask them to manually add it to your bag.
Edit: Just in case, the item you need is probably Jehoon's reference, but it should appear if you retake the quest.

Yes the quest was fixed, but anyone who proceeded through a broken quest may still be stuck at the step where the bug affected them. If you're unable to re-do or continue the quest from your current state, then a ticket can resolve your problem. If you were to attempt the quest from scratch now, you'll see it's working normally again.
