We will be having an emergency maintenance at 18:00 server time to resolve the job change issues.   We thank you for your patience in this matter.  

 

On Wednesday, regular maintenance will be occurring to bring in our new players from Thailand!

 

Patch Notes: July 27, 2015 Please note: Details are subject to change at any time. Extra Maintenance Time: 6 pm PDT (~4 hours)

 

 

 

 

 

- Job Changing quests will work as intended.

- Various quest-related issues have been resolved. Players should be able to complete quests now.

please also don't forget about some quests not delivering their specific items as it's making it harder to keep up (I need the mallet for my ranger >.> )

 

those are just some of the most recent bugs that have appeared... cuz it would be cool if older stuff that has been around for over a year like out of range bug and maybe fall damage got fixed too, just a reminder <3.

What is going to be done with people who already finished the quest for changing class/ranks?  Will the new class/ranks be updated on our chracter or do we still need to wait for support???  As usual, support is not being very helpful because they don't even understand the issue we are having with our characters... that's why I ask.

This should also resolve other quest-related issues aside from job changing.

 

We will be posting updates notes tonight at 18:00 after we confirm with Gravity.

 

 

If you were class changed by support during this past week and find that you have issues after this patch, please make a support ticket. They have been advised of what is going on and we have made preparations in case there are still issues.

 

There will also be a compensation item sent out later tonight for those who played this past week.

Well, i hope than the problem is solved, and have some solution for those who already did the job change quest.

If you allow me a suggestion might be to reset the quest, and do again the quest.

Please, don't forget to fix the Yggdrasil Garden issues, since all the missions right after the Coming-of-Age Ceremony get glitched -- thus, not allowing me to go further in the game. I hope you can fix all these issues today, for I'd really appreciate to play as my Noel character again.

PLEASE LET US REMOVE THE UNFINISHED QUEST ITEMS IN OUR BAGS...

I CANT EVEN DESTROY/SELL/TRADE the ITEM >.<

THE QUEST WONT BE FINISHED NO MATTER WHAT I DO so i decided to disregard the item but I CANT REMOVE IT IN MY BAG....

PLS LET ME REMOVE the NECKLACE from DAYR in my bag...

when i try to give the necklace to the quest NPC, the system says ERROR... >.< 
what am i supposed to do now???

We noticed a problem with some of our item logs. It'll likely take a bit of time to resolve it, which means we're going to use the full four hours for this maintenance.

 

If it extends longer, I'll update on Twitter.

 

The item issues shouldn't affect players, but it would hurt logs if not fixed.

In-fact, it is good that they take their time with patching the game to make sure that all of the issues are being addressed.
Have patience. There are other things to do while waiting.

All quests that require you to receive quest item in bag are bugged imo. Letter to Kramp in Culvert of Abyss (Hard) for one.. no letter.

so my friend successfully advanced from thief to assassin but couldnt advance to master level after completing the test. not everything is fixed lool

When i talk with Giglamesh, im receive this feedback "You can remove master level limit through master rank up. Will you proceed master rank up", but i dont have anyone quest to do or leave.

so after a LOOOOONG maintenace the rank up test is still bugged...IGN: xMRWonderful class: Wizard ML10 going ML11 (supposed to be), did all the quest required until the last part that i should talk to flame lucy and get something from her and im supposed to give something to her...but the item im supposed to give to her is not in my bags...so now im stuck..
