when should people expect to see the VIP compensation credited to their account? additionally, will we be getting compensation for last week? in addition to an extended early maint, there were several DDOS attacks that knocked out the servers for prolonged periods of time.

 

Because of the additional issues we're upping the compensation add for players.

1) Regarding FallenRecovery : If we edited the message we PM'd , will that change our place in the queue? Most of us did some editing to fit yer requirements .

2) I heard some ppl just logged in even after deadline . Are ya still taking recovery requests? Hope ya don't mind pinning the thread for them. If not , is there a back up plan for them ?

They can still request recovery. I haven't set a cut off time yet. 

3) Why most instances won't let you re enter ? I attempted to kill Pharaoh in VIP Summoner and it's kinda sucks that I died and couldn't re enter . A party leader should at least be able to return .

 

We have to limit re-entry due to a number of exploits that people do with with re-entry.

If I watched the streams live I'd be willing to do it too, but I can't/won't stream it on my cell from work.

Oda, the messenger is playing up but try send me a PM and I will organise some updated code to get the widgets working again.

 

Mind you, it is a self made certificate so people will need to add it to exceptions, but I can organise a link for the most part to help with that.

Ever since the 175 update, new content for renewal has been slowly pushed out.

The only content that has ONLY been released this year is Nightmare CT, Devil's Tower, and Geffen Tournament.

Can we get more resources to focus on improving renewal (the server with the most players)? I feel too much is wasted on Thor and Classic and I haven't really seen much improvement for the numbers on those servers.

 

A considerable of time and energy are currently being put into making the Renewal 14.3 patch work, as this will be adding new content on Chaos and Thor. 

 

Classic we work on because there isn't (yet) development team support outside of what we are able to do here at the Warpportal Office. Regarding Thor, we are still trying to fix problems created during the migration and get our customers playing again. 

This is exactly what I was concerned with. I understand your team is still relatively small compared to other publishers (and you have more than 1 game to manage) but it seems you are trying to do everything at once.

I am fine with Thor existing, however I'd like you to see how it's affecting the other servers as well. After seeing the new years resolution talk at the beginning of 2015, I thought I was going to see some great improvements for both Classic and Renewal but then Thor suddenly came in and slowed development for both servers.

Take your time, but I hope you will also look at how much things have changed from this year to last year.

btw, regarding Value Added Services for WP user, (sex change, character transfer, and all that stuff), do you guys plan to add the same thing for steam user in the future? It is kinda unfair for steam user as of right now since we cant do that.

Maybe you werent paying enough or busy making money out of ragnarok thats why they decided to bring thor up?

I doubt Thor was made for monetary gains lol; the server was made solely for pity based reasons.

Q1. I got a +13CEB from pRO, if by some luck i successfully upgrade it to +14 will you reduce it back to +12 because of iRO's current refinement system?

We wouldn't want people to get the wrong idea. We may have our own speculations about Thor but we will never know the real story behind it . Anyhow , we chose to continue so that alone should be enough.

tiki tues for this week as already ended. however, I'd say that it's tough luck on #1 because it wouldn't have been +13 to begin with. the original plan was to reduce everything to +12 if it was > +12 refine.
