There is no purple or gold runes in game for Eddga gears, but you can put other runes in those runeslots.
For Purple runeslots you can put +1 to +10 Normal runes, +25 to +80 Bind runes or Chung Lee San runes to increase or decrease PvP damge.
For Gold runeslots you can put Blue, Red or Green Seedrunes.
