I lost my complete storage.

After i quit a couple of months i logged back in rose online. I noticed my storage is completely empty but i still got my items in my inventory. So i asked some people online what happend but no one could tell me something usefull. I lost also the storage of my other accounts. Can anyone help me out please? (I also got some items in item mall purchases tab) so it is only my storage.

I had the exact same thing happen lol, also all my skills were reset and such.

It's possible that during the merge (Leonis and Draconis) things happened and either they stacked (and are not showing at all) or they got put elsewhere (shouldn't have happened but you never know). Best thing to do is go to support and send a ticket to find out what happened.

Please, Please, PLEASE, make an account for support before sending a ticket in, it makes your life and theirs so much easier.

 

What the account does!

Lets you see and reply directly to tickets, if for some reason your email won't allow the ticket response to show up, this is where you would go. 

Keeps a list of all tickets you ever submit in case you need to go back and see it.
