Well i've got a same problem with my archer, i changed my class before but nothing happened, so they told us to wait until yesterday's maintenance but still nth happened.. Then they told us about sending a ticket if you still have this issue, but i send several tickets few days ago and today another one... and it seems not being helpful at all :C
Maybe we should wait for tommorow's ''critical maintenance'' 
(sorry for my eng -cheers)

Getting a lot of mixed messages here. Can you clarify when you did the class change quests? Was it before the Emergency Maintenance or after it?

It was before the emergency maintenace when you try to change your job, but after the maintenance try changing, but the quest appears over... Greetings
