WOE set are not included in Vending Machine located at Prontera Castle

1.From player. Check ragial for low price sets.
2.Yes, you can get it from the 50tickets invest option. There is random chance you can get certain woe set.
i think it is a lot cheaper if you just buy it from another player rather than trying your luck with invest ticket + upgrading them.

Well, if you have a good chunk of tickets and end up getting a ton of goods, just sell them (=. You can make a lot of profit out of just selling them and you still get to have a set, and if your luck is not that great you can still make enough profit to buy from a venders and still have a zeny to add your balance.
