FAQ:

Q: When will I be able to opt-in to merge my characters from TH RO2 to iRO2?

A: TH RO2 will have an in-game opt-in method on July 7. On July 28, their service will close. On July 30, we will merge TH RO2 players that opted in via the in-game method into iRO2.

 

Q: Will there be a method to opt-in to merge after TH RO2 is closed?

A: Yes! There will be an opt-in website page for TH RO2 players to opt-in after it closes that is expected to run until October 7.

 

Q: What sort of items will not be merged into iRO2 from TH RO2?

A: Players will  be unable to bring over guilds, mail, kafra cash, and auctions.

 

Update:

We will also be restricting any unique items that only existed on TH RO2 and do not exist in Warpportal's RO2.

We will also be restricting how much zeny characters can come over with.

If you have up to 50,000 zeny, you may keep it.

If you have 50,001-170,000 zeny, you will keep 50,000.

If you have above 170,000 zeny, you will keep 30% of your zeny.

 

 

- Dapara's Weekend 500% Weekend EXP was not intended to run outside of Dapara's EXP week. We have detained Dapara for questioning, and the weekend EXP boost should go back to 200%.

I will be updating the Changes section with restrictions for TH merges. We received the data from their publisher later than expected, so we're going over it and will update you all before the maintenance is over. Hopefully a lot sooner.

 

If we have more notes or fixes to quests, I will also update.

Wait im really confused. I read a previous post somewhere that the regular exp rate in weekends is 300%. Why is it that sometimes people say its 200%?

Jawaii is set tentatively at August 10, if we can squash some pretty hefty bugs we're dealing with. The official release date will be revealed once we know it's good to go.

The original plan was 200%. At some point, someone changed that number, and it ran as 300%.

 

We're going back to 200% and 500% (for Dapara week).

Item restriction is what we normally do to avoid anything uber or crazy.

 

Zeny restriction is after analyzing the TH data, TH merge requests, Freyja data, and active Freyja population.

It would take something like 50 alts to get 150 million.
