Why don't they just use a better formula of Pseudo Random to ensure that by the time we get to 10,000 the card would drop ~1 time?

^ that would mean they need to keep track of everyone's random number for the past 10K.

 

With the current system, I think by the time you kill 10K monsters, you'd have got several cards. lol

But it's more "balanced"

 

But yea, keeping track of all that is probably a pain for servers that are already agonising /rip
