Hi, im not a new player here but im not really aware of everything like this god rentals etc. . . . is there a topic about this? i mean infos on how you can rent the item and if ever if the item is not returned in time can a gm help you to retrieve it? how?

i was searching the forum i don't seem to find one topic about this or is it just i lost my patient on searching that i didn't get to see it LOL

Player A owns Ephemeral Mjolnir, once they renew the item (every 30 days) it begins a 30 day timer. The item can be passed to anyone during this time, we will say Player B gets the item that day.

 

Player B plays with Mjolnir for 30 days, then on the last day *Poof* Mjolnir is gone, and back to Player A who can renew it again. Repeat.

Since you're renting from another player, it's up to them. Normally its like 600m/meg-- 500m/mjol -- 300m/slep

 

But as Viri said, market is the best place to see whos renting

Would have made more sense doing it on Chaos before Classic... considering... Classic is dead enough and that list, even for legit God's is pretty -_- sad for new and old players alike.

well chaos is a combination of like 7 servers so I can imagine that is an absolute pain in the ass to sort out. better to just get the easier one done first so at least the framework is there.

So lets say main owner player A, has one and choose to make it rental version.

What happens if its not renewed in the period of time, being away from RO for some reason?

Also does the rental version expire in 2 years from being it made a rental version and just vanishes from the player A hands?

do these Ephemeral Godlies get it's maximum effect? like for example the meg has 10% damage to boss when str is 120.  when it goes to ephemeral, does it only give 40 str?

you can renew it whenever you want. the rental (ephemeral versions) expire after 30 days after which it needs to be renewed. not sure what you mean by vanish.

 

ephemeral godlies have identical effects to perma gods

i think he was asking if god items get converted to emphemerals do they have a fixed shelf life e.g. after being renewed 30 times by the owner the whole thing permanently disappears.

It does not disappear. An owner can renew an Ephemeral god items as long as this game exists.

so by this logic all 1.0s should be converted to emphemerals so they can all be rented for money if need be and have zero risk of dissappearing. if that's the case why make god items not immediately transferable between chars?
